Christmas is coming....

and it's coming FAST!

We are keeping the Christmas rush to a minimum but seems we are still finding more things to do than time to do them. It's our year to host the extended family Christmas, and we are doing that this Friday. We scheduled it early because of conflicts in other things we want to do.

Today we worked on making egg noodles and chicken broth for our Chicken noodle soup. It smells really good! And the noodles look good too.

I am finishing up the Gramma's Comforts quilt project. All the grandchildren will have a crazy quilt that has been made especially for them, as soon as this last one is finsihed! I can see the light at the end of the tunnel. I'll add pictures of the last 3....

The quilts are personalized with pictures of the owner, Bible verses, and their name, the meaning of their name and a Scripture that goes with it. So far the quilts seem to be well received and popular. I'm thankful for the resources to do this for our grandkids.

I love the quilts. I like how Victoria's looks Victorian and I think that was Anna's. If so it suits her. I'm guessing that's who it is for. You did good Mom!
