Well, I have a good selection of pictures for this update.

Fishing made easy...or at least this egret makes it look that way.

Friendly squirrels and beautiful Camellia flowers are a couple things we commonly see on our walks in the morning.

And here... clear evidence of how Sir Gilbert is becoming such a good beggar!!! This picture is not taken to highlight the butter or pepper!!!

... it appears he has some help from the other end of the table. And that is NOT me!!!

The culprit will be forgiven though because he's doing such a spectacular job outside. He's cleaned up the flower beds and is now putting wood chips down

He planted a gardenia bush for Mom too. She loves the smell of gardenias. Praying this will be the most fragrant gardenia ever.

On the far left of the picture you'll notice a tree that grows between Mom and Dad's house and the neighbors. That tree is now just a memory. It was in the way of the golf carts really, so the village came this week and took it out. More progress.

The village work crew was taking care of palm branches. Apparently, in the normal course of the trees growth bottom branches die and have to be removed. Along with this branch came a seed pod. I will get a picture of that for the next update. We hope to bring it home for "Show and Tell". Looks like Tom is telling them how to do their work...but I'm sure he's asking more questions than giving answers on this one.

Tom wanted to show how big these branches are.....He's over 6 foot tall, so you have an idea of the size.

Gilbert has so many choices ... who to nap with first???? He's taking a notion now to take his "stash" into Mom's bedroom, under her bed. Tonight she extracted a plastic bag that lunch meat was in, a rawhide bone...I've taken ice cubes before they completely melted. Silly Gilbert. He keeps us smiling!
I have a few more pictures and stories, but it's late and I need my beauty sleep. More later.

Is dad planning on planting a palm tree as part of your new landscaping when you get home? Would be funny.
What is it with puppies taking there plunder under the bed. I find several articles of clothing there, Sepporah's toys, Sissy's toy, etc... It's like a little kids bedroom. She sleeps and plays there. Kids!
